Neil Wertlieb Writes About Proposed Rules of Professional Conduct

Neil Wertlieb’s article, entitled “Best Behavior: Proposed Conduct Rules,” which was published in November in the Los Angeles Lawyer, a publication of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, summarizes these proposed changes.
