Neil Wertlieb presented at the Annual Meeting of the State Bar of California in San Diego, California, on September 30, 2016. Mr. Wertlieb was a co-panelist for a program entitled “The Effective and Ethical Use of Expert Witnesses.” The program explored the use of expert witnesses in litigation.
